What details should I send with my enquiry?＋
The property address, a short explanation of the work involved, and any drawings or photos you already have. If you don't have any of that yet, tell us roughly what you're picturing and we'll take it from there.
Do I need drawings before I contact you?＋
Not at all. Plenty of people come to us with nothing more than an idea. Producing the drawings is part of what we do.
Does your service cover planning permission too, or only the design?＋
Both. We prepare the drawings and manage the planning application ourselves, so you're not left dealing with the council directly.
What happens after I send my enquiry?＋
We reply within one working day with either a fixed quote or a couple of questions, depending on how much detail you've given us. From there, we arrange a short call to confirm the scope before anything starts.
